About the Role
£25000 base with uncapped commission structure
Money motivated, (top consultants earning up to £90K PA) but still want a work / life balance (hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri)? What you will be doing
• Working in a dynamic and motivated team you will be responsible for building your own prospective pipeline of business customers over the phone.
• You will be given the training and development to build a portfolio of clients utilising a ‘consultancy sales style' to become a trusted advisor for your clients.
What you need to be or have:
• Ability and desire to communicate with and manage a professional portfolio of business clients
• Experience or the ability to deal with objections
• Experience or the ability to work in a target and results driven environment
• Drive for success, with a keen focus on personal achievements and earnings
• Any previous experience in a sales driven environment is helpful but not essential
