Continuous Improvement Analyst

About the Role

My Client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join their team in Preston. Reporting to Senior Management, your role will be to support and drive Continuous Improvement related activities and improvement. You will also be assisting with Stakeholders and other team members. You will recommend and assist implementation of process changes that support efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify continuous improvements across the business 
  • Maintain and improve the root cause framework
  • Creation and reporting of all analysis and identified improvement plans. 
  • Working with key stakeholders to identify and help implement solutions that promote efficiency

About you

You will have CI experience, including knowledge and understanding of working within an outsourcing / contact centre environment. You will have a confident and driven approach with strong communication and presentation skills, with strong analytical skills.

You’ll have strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for shaping and driving positive change.
