Full time Position – Complaints Officer
A rapidly expanding and exciting business is looking to recruit Customer Resolution Officers as it continues to grow its office in Salford Quays.

Core Hours: Monday – Friday (between 8am – 6pm *No Weekend Work*) 37.5 hours per week.
About the role -
You will be assisting with customer queries in relation to first level escalated complaints via the telephone and written correspondence.
Showing empathy and understanding when speaking customers in difficult situations
Using your initiative and finding pro-active approaches to find solutions that meet both the business and customer's needs.
Accurately updating customer records
About you -
Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience
Experience of dealing with complaints or customer resolution
A working knowledge of the debt industry is desirable
Fast and accurate IT skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to use initiative
Well-developed problem-solving skills
