About the Role

A rapidly expanding business is looking to recruit and Administrator as it continues to grow its Office in Salford Quays. 

You will be working in a dynamic business environment, in a company that has forged a reputation for building strong relationships with its customers and clients as well as creating a supportive, high energy environment for its employees. 

Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 6pm (37.5hrs per week)

What does the role entail?

  • General Administrative duties
  • Ensure all work undertaken complies with rules and regulations
  • Ensure all customers are treated in line with company policy
  • Using in house systems to deal with customer and third-party correspondence with a view to obtaining payments and settlements of accounts whilst taking customers circumstances into account.

What are we ideally looking for?

  • Administrative experience and/or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work in a targeted environment and to strict targets
  • Attention to detail – quality focused
  • Experience working in a fast-paced challenging environment
