Administrator (Utilities)
Milton Keynes

About the Role

Fantastic opportunity for someone who has proven experience of working in an Administration role within a highly customer focussed Utilities environment.

The role will be to work through queries in utility invoicing, chasing suppliers and clients to result in monetary recoveries. Analysing numerical data and identifying errors is essential to ensure accuracy in creating customer reports

Main Responsibilities

  • Supplier Liaison and management, phone calls and correspondence
  • Producing reports for the clients to be reviewed
  • Attending Clients meetings when required
  • Dealing with complaints to a resolution
  • Accurate record keeping

Required Skills and Experience

  • You must have at least 1 year’s experience in the utilities sector
  • Customer focussed
  • Problem Solver
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Communication skills - verbal language and written communication

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (Based on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am – 5:30pm
