Customer Service Expert

Salary - £17,000 - £19,000
Hours – 9.00am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) 
(2 days a week from 11.30 – 8.00pm and 1 Saturday in 3 with a day off in lieu)

  • Handling a range of calls, emails and web enquires, acting as first point of contact for the customer
  • You will listen, probe and analyse enquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customer and promote the company’s services and products
  • Work towards personal and company targets
