We are looking for a number of customer service professionals to join an exciting business in Salford Quays, near to Media City. The company have built a reputation for building strong relationships with its customers and clients as well as creating a supportive, high energy environment for its employees.
A telephony-based role, speaking with customers to gain an insight and understanding into the circumstances surrounding their financial situation.

Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm (1 Saturday in 3) – Rotational.
£18,300 increasing to £23,300 + an additional £600 a month bonus opportunity.
What are we ideally looking for?
- Previous Customer Service, Contact Centre or Sales experience
- Passionate about helping customers, going above and beyond.
- Excellent communication skills - Understanding, empathetic and friendly.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and towards targets.

Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (that’s a total of 33 days, over 6.5 weeks a year!!) and it will increase after 2 and 5yr service!
