Automotive Support Specialist

About the Role

An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen in Corby with a brand-new business that has Big plans! 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Customer Support Specialist to join what will become one of the leaders in their field in the UK as they launch their Customer Support Operation.

The key aim is to act as a product specialist for the customers and to support customer support specialists with mechanical/technical/product automotive questions

  • Listen, probe and analyse enquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customer
  • Communicate in a prompt, polite and clear manner
  • Stays current with trends in the automotive industry
  • Translating all the technical and financial jargon, to help our customers.
  • Working closely with our Customer Support, CRM, Product, Operations and Pricing teams on automotive customer facing feedback and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel to London on a regular basis


  • Stays current with trends in the automotive industry
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify the customer issue adapting approach accordingly.
  • Experience and an interest in vehicles or automotive products
  • Flexibility drive and an enthusiasm to succeed
  • Strong communication skills and customer facing skills

Hours will be between Mon-Sun rotational 7am-9pm (5 days out of 7)
