About the Role

A rapidly expanding business is looking to recruit Customer Resolutions Advisor as it continues to grow its Telford office. Working in a highly progressive business environment, you will be part of a dynamic team of Customer Relations Advisors. The company have built a reputation for building strong relationships with its customers and clients as well as creating a supportive, high energy environment for its employees. 

Hours: Monday – Friday (between 8.30am – 5.30pm *No Weekend Work*) 37.5 hours per week
 
The role: 



  • You will be responsible for resolving customer queries by taking ownership of issues raised via phone, email and letter
  • Utilising your investigating and analytical skills you will resolve queries in line with regulatory and company procedures
  • Using your initiative and a pro-active approach to find solutions that meet both the business and customer's needs
  • Sending out written final responses
  • Reporting back to the business on findings, identifying any improvements that can be made
  • Showing empathy and understanding when speaking to customers in difficult situations
  • Accurately updating customer records

 
About you: 




  • Previous experience in a customer relations / complaint handling role. Candidates from customer service backgrounds with some complaint handling exposure will also be considered
  • Experience working to SLAs and within company framework/regulations would be beneficial
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Fast and accurate IT skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
