A leading Outsourcer is looking for an exceptional people Manager ideally with some call centre customer service experience to manage a team of customer service agents in this already successful operation.

About the Role:           

You will have experience in managing customer services agent productivity and will be responsible for team motivation and driving performance.  This is a superb, challenging role for management professional with excellent motivational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

To be hands on in the role requiring excellent people development skills.  

  • To be responsible for the performance of client accounts to increase overall account service levels achievements.
  • To coach and develop Team members ensuring continuous improvements in skills
  • To monitor performance, attendance and sickness
  • To be the first line of support for all the team
  • To have a hands on approach to operational management

 

Key Experience / Skills Required:

 

  • Currently managing customer service team in a contact centre of similar consumer service environment.
  • Proven excellent people interaction, coaching and development skills
