About the role:

Responsible for the creation and analysis of Management Information.

Delivery of Daily, Weekly and Monthly MI
-
Ensure delivery of reporting is timely and accurate in accordance to stakeholder expectations.

Develop presentations and reporting implementing the most informed and clear way to present findings
-
Establish and build key stakeholder relationships across departments
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Analytical and problem solving
-
Customer delivery focused
-
Previous within a high volume contact centre
-
Advanced knowledge of Excel
-
Proven advanced analytical and statistical methodology skills
-
Experience within an FSA regulated environment is desired.
