A superb opportunity to join a leading and developing company in the capacity of Resource Planner. The successful candidate will deliver effective operational forecasts and plans to ensure that the correct number of resources are employed and be able to support with staffing, forecasting and reporting to senior stake holders within the business.
About the role:

Be accountable for delivery of operational forecasting and plans, accurate to within agreed parameters to enable operational efficiency, service level delivery and effective financial budgeting.

Ensuring all long and short term planning is dealt with, accurately within business needs and timescales.

Analysing shift patterns, call volumes to flag potential issues.

Identifying potential issues before they occur and making the necessary changes to improve resources.

The production of long term forecasts of growing FTE requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:

Resource planning background is essential
-
Exposure to workforce planning tools.
-
Experience of a planning environment within an inbound organisation, is desired
-
Exposure to an FSA regulated environment is desired.
