An experienced Real Time Manager is required to join a rapidly expanding global organisation with a very exciting 12 month period ahead of them
About the role:

Ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met by monitoring Call Centre Performance

Responsible for the management of the Resource Planner.

Identifying potential issues before they occur and making the necessary changes to improve resources.
-
Look for ways in which to improve performance by active analysis of Data.
-
Ensuring accurate delivery of MI solutions to key stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Previous experience within a Real Time management role.
-
Analytical and problem solving
-
Customer delivery focused
-
Advanced knowledge of Excel
-
Proven advanced analytical and statistical methodology skills
-
Experience within an FSA regulated environment is desired.
