The successful individual will be highly focussed towards mentoring and coaching agents to achieve KPI’s and targets, being an assertive and driven Manager.

About the role:

Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales call volumes and conversion rates

Manage team to ensure KPI’s targets are exceeded

Able to analyse key information, making recommendations to improve business performance

Manage activity levels across all members of the team

Assist in the delivering of sales training to develop key skills within the team
-
Provide motivation and direction to team members by encouraging and supporting the achievement of objectives through regular coaching and feedback sessions

Communicate clear direction and goals to the team
Required Skills and Experience:

MUST have previous experience within an outbound contact centre environment

Strong analytical skills

Be a highly driven and motivated individual
