Training Manager

About the Role

Job Summary: An incredibly fast paced role supporting the launch of a new product within the utilities sector. A Training Manager is required to create training plans for new operational changes happening in quick succession over the next few months.

About the Role:

This is a training role where you will be responsible for rolling out training for operational changes to incredibly tight deadlines. The vast majority of the training will be on the shop floor, with others picking up training that needs to be classroom based. This training position is to support the projects team.

The operational changes are being rolled out to a 300 seat contact centre and it is essential you have experience in this sector.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience of working in a very fast paced, changeable project environment

• Ability to pick up processes & IT systems very quickly

• Utilities experience

• An Operational background would be preferred
