Call Centre Forecaster

About the Role

A great opportunity for a call centre Forecaster to join an outstanding company and forecasting team. This position is a 9-5 role within an international business working with renowned clients across the globe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively forecast and plan contact centre call volumes
  • Monitor resource levels and budgets to help the company achieve KPI levels
  • Facilitating an excellent customer journey by communicating tangible data
  • Taking an interest in leading projects and heading up company initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Excel and MI and analytical skills – a good head for numbers!
  • Exceptional IT skills and advanced Microsoft skills
  • Current experience of working in an analytical contact centre role and the ability to demonstrate being comfortable in a fast paced, energetic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
