- Effectively forecast and plan contact centre call volumes
- Monitor resource levels and budgets to help the company achieve KPI levels
- Facilitating an excellent customer journey by communicating tangible data
- Taking an interest in leading projects and heading up company initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong Excel and MI and analytical skills – a good head for numbers!
- Exceptional IT skills and advanced Microsoft skills
- Current experience of working in an analytical contact centre role and the ability to demonstrate being comfortable in a fast paced, energetic environment
- Excellent communication skills
