Business Development Manager

About the Role

For this lively, highly successful, multinational organisation we are seeking an experienced, capable and credible Business Developer who has a background in selling BPO solutions to large and small organisations alike.

With a background in the BPO / Contact Centre Outsourcing world you will have an in-depth understanding of the industry and will be well versed in identifying areas and opportunities to increase revenue.
Key skills and experience required:

  • Highly energetic and active sales professional.
  • A proven sales track record in the contact centre industry – preferably from within a BPO organisation
  • Proven and demonstrable results in creating qualified leads 
  • You have proven and demonstrable results in winning business 
  • You will have a consultancy approach and the ability to conceptualise added value solutions for prospective clients. 
  • You will have adequate sales planning and budgeting knowledge, with the analytical skills to understand complex pricing models and be able to define appropriate conversion ratios within an end-to-end sales process.
  • Resilient, independent and self-motivated individual
