About the Role

A newly created role for a sales focussed individual to set up a new contact centre sales campaign for a large company.

This is an exposed sales operational piece, really giving you the opportunity to build a campaign from scratch - offers a lot of career development potential.

About the Organisation:

A highly regarded contact centre organisation – it is essential that you have experience of working within a call centre environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Leading the Sales Team Managers and their teams the successful individual in to this post will be a highly experienced Sales Manager (from a contact centre operation) and will be well versed to running high performance team.

  • Lead with energetic and infectious enthusiasm the growing sales operation
  • Creating a framework for managing and delivering against targets
  • Work with the dialler team to ensure the business has the right dialling strategies to deliver the sales required
  • Work with the data team to ensure data is credible and effective
  • Change Management
  • Drive performance

Required Skills and Experience:

To be considered for this role you must have significant experience heading up a sales operation within a contact centre.
