About the Role

A fast paced, dynamic and instrumental HR Manager position within a company that has impressive growth plans. This role is to implement new HR processes for a call centre, with a key focus on increasing staffing numbers, comps & bens, reward structure and employee engagement.

About the Organisation:

A contact centre outsourcer specialising in business to business call centre campaigns for some rather significant and large brands.

Their key focus is to secure a HR Manager who has current experience of working in a call centre environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Director to grow the company; taking responsibility to implement HR processes
  • Look at employee engagement and reward structure across the business
  • Be comfortable liaising with senior stake holders

Required Skills and Experience:
