In this organisation Team Managers are seen as the key operators & the influencers, they are a focused and ambitious bunch of people, who play an integral role in the supervision and development of the Customer Services Agents.

You need to have had previous Team Mangement experience within a Contact/Call Centre. You must be confident in making decisions and have effective people management skills as well as a strategic and analytical mind. 

Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of contact centre Team Members.
  • You will provide direction, instruction, and guidance to the Team Members, ensuring each member of the team is performing in line with business standards
  • You will support the team through regular coaching and positive performance management.
  • You will be an inspirational leader and ensure the team is motivated and encouraged to deliver great outcomes and empowered to achieve their goals and objectives
