You need to have had previous Sales Team Management experience within a Contact/Call Centre. You must be confident in making decisions and have effective people management skills as well as a strategic and analytical mind.  

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of contact centre Sales Consultants
  • You will provide direction, instruction, and guidance to the Team Members, ensuring each member of the team is performing in line with business standards
  • You will support the team through regular coaching and positive performance management.
  • You will be an inspirational leader and ensure the team is motivated and encouraged to deliver great outcomes and empowered to achieve their goals and objectives
