Senior Sales Manager (Contact Centre)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager who will drive performance and provide on-going development of a group of teams. The salary for this role is circa £45,000 + £15,000 bonus. You will have responsibility for the day to day running and achievement of targets across several small teams. This will include effective resource management planning to cover departmental activity and to meet targets. You will manage a sales team dealing with inbound, outbound & cross-selling, increasing revenue streams where possible. Ideally you will be from a sales through service background preferably within an outsourcing contact centre.
About the Role:
Maximise revenue growth through effective management, Data analysis, recruiting the right people for the role, coaching and developing staff to achieve performance targets and developing for increased skills or succession planning.
Prepare monthly team analysis, allow you and senior management to track individuals performance and development
Complete all agreed feedback activity on error adjustment or call results sent from Trainer, Relationship management with internal/ external stakeholders
Deliver timely and effective lines of communication though regular team meetings, visual displays of targets and documented meetings.
Create strong communication channels internally and externally
To work as part of the management team to deliver consistent KPI and Quality measurements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Sales Team Management experience essential
- Contact/ Call Centre background
- Forward thinking individual with commercial awareness
- Data analysis + strong Excel knowledge
- Hands on/Passionate people management isessential
