Inbound Telesales Manager (6 mnth FTC)

About the Role

Please note that this role is an initial 6 month FTC, but may progress permanently within the 6 month period

Exciting position for a confident telesales manager who thrives in an autonomous position.  You will be totally responsible for the sales and profitability of this well-known retailer’s Telesales / Internet teams.

Direct reports: Administration Supervisor, Telesales Team Leaders (circa 20 FTE)

You will be responsible for:

  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating a dynamic sales and administration team
  • Ensure the provision of customer service excellence through in bound and out-bound telephone sales & internet portal activity
  • Review, amend, adapt and focus on areas of the internet / telesales that require improvement
  • To ensure that your teams are trained to sell the Company’s full range of products and services with the objective of achieving and exceeding K.P.I’s and Targets

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous Management Experience in a telesales environment
  • Understanding of the Telesales / Internet market with a view to customer transaction
  • Able to resolve operational issues, and follow things through tenaciously, to resolution
  • Experience of dealing directly with customers & an understanding of a customer centric approach
  • Any experience of working in a retail telesales environment, managing both telephone and internet sales channels
