About the Role
Great Career Progresson for a Team Manager to join a leading finance services organisation in Glasgow, managing up to 2 Team Leaders and 30 agents. This is a rare opportunity to become part of this large business at management level.
Key duties for this position include: delivering against SLAs, developing talent, coaching the team, implementing targets, working to strict compliance necessary for the finance sector, ensuring high standards are met and leading the team from the front.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to manage a positive management culture with a proven track record of coaching staff
- Proven experience manging a team of agents within a contact centre environment
