Operational Support Manager

About the Role

An exciting, new position with an instantly recognisable brand for an Operational Support Manager.

This role is about working with all work streams in the business including resource planning, campaigns and marketing to support the Operations Manager in delivering operational success in their contact centre.

Main Responsibilities:

This role is about creating insight and forecasts that will allow the contact centre to deliver operational targets. Your responsibility will be to be proactive, use data analytics and information to communicate to senior stakeholders to present insight and the stories behind the numbers.

Using great language, you will be able to convey ideas and operational messages that directly impact the frontline in a positive way.

Required Skills and Experience:

This role would suit an operational manager who shows real strength in partner, client and stakeholder management.

This position is also geared towards someone data driven, but also one who does not wish to sit behind a desk – a person who likes to be visibly present in the contact centre arena.

You must have experience of delivering insight at regular meetings.

Management experience gained within a contact centre is essential.
