Technical Help Executive (Media)

About the Role

I am currently recruiting exclusively for a Technical Help Executive to join a prestigious, world renowned and instantly recognisable business based within the heart of London. This role is paying between £26,000 – 28,000 + Private healthcare + up to 12% pension contribution as well as a whole host of other benefits for a 12 month fixed term contract.

This company is truly at the forefront of technology and provides an enviable work-life balance to its employees with the mon-Friday hours being 9.30-5.30. The company is located within walking distance of both the tube and the train station so commuting is definitely not a problem.

Main Responsibilities: 
This role will report directly into The Head of the Quality team in the digital department. This role will involve answering a range of questions from the Website users. There will be a myriad of questions so someone who is switched on and never wants to stop learning will be ideal. This team is the first point of contact for a large number of products and services. You will be also working alongside members of the development team to help shape the products of the future.

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous technical help experience

A passion for investigating and resolving technical issues

Experience of supporting external users in a helpdesk environment

Fantastic communication

Patient & Analytical

Experience of inbound/outbound emails

Analysing trends
