Dialler Team Leader
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dialler Specialist. You will provide effective supervision of the team and Dialler systems feeding this fast-paced sales environment.
Reporting to the Head of Dialler Strategy, you will assist the company in implementation of a new Dialler system.
- Analyse Dialler data activity across both the day and the week
- Ensure that the Dialler regulations are adhered to and book all exceptions through.
- Management of 3 dialler analysts
- Identifying training needs to develop the Analysts
- Manage all adhoc dialler internal systems
- Produce Dialler MI for Head of dialler Strategy & all Senior Managers
- Conduct regular dialler audits of all appropriate systems
Required Skills and Experience:
- Dialler experience within a contact centre environment is essential
- Strong analytical experience essential
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Working within a Sales environment would be advantageous
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel & Dialler tools
- Stakeholder management experience essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally
