Dialler Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dialler Specialist. You will provide effective supervision of the team and Dialler systems feeding this fast-paced sales environment.

Reporting to the Head of Dialler Strategy, you will assist the company in implementation of a new Dialler system.

  • Analyse Dialler data activity across both the day and the week
  • Ensure that the Dialler regulations are adhered to and book all exceptions through.
  • Management of 3 dialler analysts
  • Identifying training needs to develop the Analysts
  • Manage all adhoc dialler internal systems
  • Produce Dialler MI for Head of dialler Strategy & all Senior Managers
  • Conduct regular dialler audits of all appropriate systems

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Dialler experience within a contact centre environment is essential
  • Strong analytical experience essential
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Working within a Sales environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel & Dialler tools
  • Stakeholder management experience essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally
