Account Manager - Exciting Start Up
About the Role
I am currently recruiting on behalf of an exciting Start-up business who have recently launched in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a cutting edge start-up business who have won several awards for employee engagement and are now expanding on a rapid growth in the UK. They are a cash rich business who have plans to expand over the next two years in several prominent cities around the globe.
This role will be based in central London and will pay between £27,000 - £32,000 + bonus and benefits.
We have an exclusive opportunity for an Account Manager to join one of the City’s fastest growing start-up businesses.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who will effectively manage client relationships, support effective delivery and growth of account, additionally, supporting commercial and contractual engagement, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring first class service delivery.
This isn’t a stereotypical sales role its much more around client nurturing and less around pushy commercial sales targets. You will get to know your clients and build a relationship which is commercially beneficial for both parties. You will provide first class coaching and go above and beyond in the time of duty.
- Excellent customer experience skills
- Empathetic nature with high emotional intelligence
- Some experience working with all walks of life and people from different socio -economic backgrounds and generally the ability to be able to talk to anyone.
- Attention to detail
- As this is a start-up you must be able to perform duties outside of your initial remit
