Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced in-house senior Talent Acquisition / Recruiter, based out of London, however can be flexible to work out of other UK sites. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a large European organisation. The successful candidate must be adaptable, resilient and used to working in a fast paced environment. 

More about the role:

  • Proactively source high calibre candidates through a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, Social Media, Job Boards, headhunting target organisations, internal referrals, networking events, occasional partnering with recruitment agencies
  • Provide management information to support business decisions
  • Writing and posting engaging and effective job adverts
  • Reporting and tracking of conversion rates through each stage of the process
  • Working closely with the wider HR team and senior management team to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and on-boarding process
  • Review and enhance the recruitment process and strategy
  • Identify and attend relevant recruitment fairs, events and industrial fairs

Essential Skills 

  • End to end recruitment process experience, preferably in fast pace organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing talent and maintaining a healthy pipeline of high calibre talent Excellent written and communication skills and strong stakeholder management at all levels and across many functions
  • PSL management experience
  • Proven negotiating and influencing skills
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines with strong project management, organisational and administration skills
  • Willing to travel for work purposes within the UK
