About the Role

We are seeking a truly influential Contact Centre Technology Manager who has exceptional background in leading teams who deliver exciting and innovative technology solutions into a very customer focussed contact centre arena.
 
Managing a team of Technical Delivery Managers and their teams and reporting to the Head of Technology you will be accountable for the successful development of current and deployment of future technology product into this complex, multi-site operation.
 
Working with the Head of IT you will be accountable for the delivery of the technical roadmap and will have expert knowledge of all relevant Contact Centre technologies and products
 
Working with system architects you will be able to provide an understanding of the future customer service operating model in order the team are able to design a future proof blueprint

Along with exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills you will be a motivated, hungry individual who keeps the customer experience at the heart of all you do. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing large scale contact centre transformation through implementation of technology solutions into large, complex contact centre estates.
