Senior Account Manager
About the Role
Our client, one of the UK’s most exciting (and influential) organisations in their field is looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager to lead the relationship with one of its key accounts.
Contact Centre / Customer Management background is essential in this post.
The successful applicant will be required to provide strategic input to ensure day to day operational running of the client campaigns achieves the agreed targets and KPI’s while championing and managing the implementation of campaign changes in accordance with client requirements.
In this role the successful candidate will be working closely with the senior operational team to ensure the client achieves their aims and will be working to promote the organisation as a strategic, long term partner with the view of closer working ties with the business.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience of leading complex client relationships with large corporate clients
- A background in Customer Management / Contact Centres
- A proactive approach to account management, excellent project management skills.
- Strong negotiation and influential skills
This is a highly visible role within this sizeable organisation and it is highly likely this role will progress to an Account Director role within the next 18 months.
