BPO Account Director
About the Role
Our client, one of the most exciting BPO’s in the UK have the requirement for an Account Director to join their expanding team leading the delivery on some of the organisations largest and most prominent accounts.
We are looking for a hungry, energetic individual who possess the drive and determination to grow in this role and develop their career in this exceptional organisation. For this post we are able to consider an individual who isn’t necessarily in an Account Management post, however, has been responsible for a client relationship in an operational post.
Leading a team of Account Managers the individual will be well versed in client engagement and the development of deep commercial relationships adding value to the agreement while always striving to grow the relationships organically through the delivery of exceptional service and results.
The successful individual will possess a demonstrable background in BPO Account Management within a large complex, multifaceted BPO. They will demonstrate an excellent range of effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style according to demands of the audience and have the ability to persuade and influence others with proven negotiations and sales skills and able to work at a senior level.
Working with the Director of Operations, this post is the first point of contact with clients and owns the commercial relationship including the ongoing retention and development of the accounts.
