Dialler & Data Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dialler and Data Manager you will be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders and manging the outbound dialler system. Lead projects that provide insight and dialler analysis solutions to improve the customer experience and KPI’s.


  • Own dialler related analytics projects for the outbound campaigns, taking responsibility for the analytics solution
  • Propose insight and analysis on dialler data - clear tangible client benefits
  • Take primary responsibility for the delivery of each Dialler related project within agreed scope & timescale
  • Managing risk and issues for the Dialler
  • Create meaningful analysis and modelling outputs to drive the Dialler system
  • Use a range of structured and unstructured data and tools (including text, speech and digital analytics) as required to meet project objectives
  • Present findings from analysis to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Formulate KPI’s to measure success of the solution
  • Feed analysis and contribute to reviews


  • Experience of working in an outbound contact centre environment with dialler and data
  • Experience in delivering change through analysis, in a client facing environment
  • Practical knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, e.g. forecasting, regression, decision trees, and how to apply them in operations
  • Working knowledge of data and analytics tools; SAS, SQL, R, Portrait, TIBCO, Qlikview
  • Manage others, and experience in managing projects
  • Ability to influence using data to help with new projects
  • Project management techniques and disciplines
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
