Outbound Sales Manager

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is incredibly driven and has proven experience of driving a sales team in a contact centre environment.  Working in an outsourcing environment the role will be responsible for managing teams to reach and exceed targets in predominantly a B2B environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team of approx. 100FTE in a B2B sales environment
  • Manage Team Managers to drive the advsiors and account managers to reach the KPI’s
  • Develop successful relationships with the external client to manage all expectations and drive results
  • Build and develop strategies and campaigns
  • Develop accounts and relationships across the business both internally and externally
  • Forecasting all revenue figures for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the contact centre operations to ensure all opportunities are maximised

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of managing a sales team in an outsourcing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and present data in a format which all levels of the business would understand and be motived by
  • Proven experience of developing a team to reach and exceed expected KPI’s
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Confident using initiative
