About the Role

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Director with a salary of between £110,000 -120,000 + around 40% commission + excellent benefits (OTE 170k). This is a superbly exciting role for an experienced business development professional with a demonstrable background of wining major (multi million £) contracts in the Contact Centre / Customer Management BPO space. This post has a high, but achievable target and as a result we are seeking the highest calibre of individual who must have worked for one of the large, international BPO’s.

Key competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Accomplished presentation skills and a top class communicator
  • Strong Hunter Sales Background
  • Proven track record in delivery of key business strategies

The successful individual will have a demonstrable background of identifying, attacking and ultimately playing a major part in winning large scale contracts, will be a highly networked individual and will be a highly respected industry figure. The organisation is a Multi-site, international operator with a fantastic record of success in both winning and delivering on big ticket, complex contracts across their customer contact estate.This is a fantastic opportunity to create a legacy within the business.

This role is a home based role within a geographically diverse team and will of course involve UK, European and Worldwide travel.
