I am currently recruiting for an Outsourced Operations Manager to join a rapidly expanding Outsourced operation based from Durban, South Africa.
Servicing UK clients the ideal candidate to this role will be an individual who has a background in leading high performing teams within Outsourced Contact Centre operations – we can only consider individuals who come from the BPO world.
Leading an operation of c120 FTE through Team Managers you must have a proven track record in operational leadership, strategic development and be used to working closely with clients.
The role is key to the successful delivery of services and client satisfaction and is the first point of contact with the client and owns not just the day-to-day execution of activities but the ongoing retention and development of their account.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in an Operational Management post within a Contact Centre operation.
- Must have a background in the Outsourcing / BPO industry
- Demonstration of an excellent range of effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style according to demands of the audience is essential.
This is a terriffic role for a gifted individual to join a progressive, rapidly expanding organisation. The organisation will fully support a relocation for anyone not already based in South Africa.
