Quality & Compliance Manager

About the Role


We’re looking to recruit an experienced Quality & Compliance Manger with a strong background in consultancy and project management. Due to expansion this is a new opportunity within the business and a great opportunity to really shape this department. Ideally you will have experience of working within a regulated environment ideally financial services. You will directly manage, develop, motivate and organise the team to efficiently and effectively meet the validation and compliance targets

  • Ensure consistency in approach of the verification undertaken by the team through adhering to monitoring/validation processes

  • Ensure that the team meets all KPI requirements and margin targets

  • Work in collaboration with Operational stakeholders, the Learning & Development team and the Security Risk & Compliance team in order to promote and support compliance related activity

  • Adhere to internal processes/procedures to ensure that compliance activities are fully and accurately documented as required

  • Support & facilitate Internal/External audits, in line with FCA regulatory obligations and support with any remedial actions identified

Experience required:

  • Relevant experience of working in a management or executive role essential

  • Experience of managing a multi-skilled team essential

  • Experience of analysing performance data to drive continuous improvement essential

  • Experience of producing performance reporting at management level essential

  • Experience of working within a Quality/Compliance role essential
