Bid Manager (Contact Centre Outsourcing)

I am currently recruiting for an Experienced Bid Manager for a market leading division of an award winning outsourcing business. This position is based in South Wales and is paying a salary of up to £48,000 + fantastic benefits.

To be suitable for this role you must have experience working for a BPO or an Outsourcer.
About the Role:
•Support business sales activities both for prospecting and new opportunities, through the management of end to end bids; including the Design, build and submission of operational solutions for bids, including developing and finalising competitive pricing models for submissions.
•Provide Professional, concise, bespoke and high quality document writing, that meets the client requirements for all correspondence/ documentation associated with a new client opportunity; PQQ, RFI, RFP, ITT, Presentation, Questions, Addendums, Agendas etc
•Research of industry / clients to compile targeted prospecting campaigns and sales activities; identifying relevant prospect leads using market information (e.g. Financial Times, OJEC listings) and presenting research findings in a structured and informative manner.
•Collation and review of relevance, submission and co-ordination of client answers to tendering questions; co-ordinating client updates/correspondence during the tendering process within the Sales team and research and respond to client prospect questions.
•To support the sales process through the effective use of CRM software; updating CRM system with information gathered on the prospect and/or contacts during the lead generation campaign or any other activity
•Assist with any CRM projects, data cleansing or providing relevant MI as agreed with the Sales and Marketing Manager; creating CRM operational solutions and developing commercial pricing scenarios for approval by senior management.
Required Skills and Experience:
•Previous experience of end to end Bid management, ideally in CRM solutions driven environment.
•Knowledge and experience of using required documents templates for end-to-end submission process.
•Analytical in nature with proven experience in using MI, as well identifying relevant prospect leads through appropriate market research.
•Must have experience of working contact centre operations and the ability to create and utilise CRM operational solutions to support the sales and tendering process.
