About the Role

I am currently working with a leading player in the BPO / Call Centre Outsourcing market, who are seeking a talented Post-Sales Solutions Lead to work alongside their Sales and Technology solutions team. This role is paying between £50,000 + excellent benefits. This role is based in the South West with infrequent fully expensed travel to other sites.

About the Role:

As the Post-Sales Solutions Lead you will work alongside the Operations and Account Management teams to identify opportunities for existing clients. You will also work closely with the Technology and Marketing Teams to create new innovative solutions to further add value to clients and customers. The Pre-Sales Solutions Lead will be responsible for supporting the process of assessing the current state of the client organisations Customer Experience Management and working with the Solutions team to identify how they can transform and improve it through operational excellence, enhanced customer insight and analytics and integration of ‘Omni-channel’ customer experiences.

Skills required:

  • Strong communications skills and managing key relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience within Solutions roles within a BPO Technology or Contact Centre business
  • In-depth experience in the design phase of Solutions/Project propositions
  • Excellent presentation skills both oral and written
  • Results focused with a desire the achieve
  • A highly effective communicator who can business partner with a variety of personality types and distil complex information and clearly articulate to all levels.
