Systems Support Lead

About the Role

 This is a great opportunity for someone who has an excellent technical ability and extensive experience of building databases. The role is working with senior stakeholders and clients to develop small systems for contracts based across multiple sites

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Development of small systems for contracts based across multiple sites
  • Take responsibility to design and build business requirement documents
  • Work extensively with stakeholders managing expectations upon progress and delays
  • Take a proactive approach in the identification of any possible issues and communicate this with the stakeholders
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Provide continued support to the stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to project work

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced skills and knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Proven experience of database design
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communication with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • A proactive approach with a can do attitude
