Managing Executive (Contact Centre)
About the Role
Fabulous opportunity for a Director level Contact Centre Professional to join a well established and constantly evolving organisation based offshore in Durban, South Africa.
** You must have a background of leading large-scale Contact Centre operations **
Due to us being a UK based organisation we can only accept applications from candidates living outside of South Africa, but willing to re-locate.
Management structure - this position reports directly to the COO and has line management responsibilty for the Head of Operations & Senior Operations Managers.
Leading in excess of 1500 FTE the successful individual will have a demonstrable background in leading large-scale contact centre operations across a multi-channel estate and will have full P&L responsibility for the operation.
Leading by example you will be commercially aware and will have experience of delivering high quality results within Multi-functional organisations across both voice and non-voice channels. You will have strong people leadership skills you will also have the ability to influence through clear, informed and logical communications and justifications.
Inspiring the leaders who report to you and their teams, succession planning across your estate you will be a natural, credible leader capable of bringing people with you on a journey.
- You will specialise in both Commercial and Contact Centre Operations
- P&L responsibility
- Client management (frequent trips to liaise with clients in the USA)
- Generating the company’s future revenue
- Managing and developing budget forecasts
