Client Relationship Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a highly successful, experienced Client Relationship Manager who has a background of working as a Vendor Manager leading supplier relationships or an Account Manager leading BPO relationships with Contact Centre clients.
This role will lead a set of strategic client accounts and working closely with the operational leaders will ensure quality service and operational performance is delivered in line with contractual requirements. The successful individual will develop client relationships and understanding of client business to identify service needs, plan service delivery and identify future services which may benefit the client, collaborating with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to the client base and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
- You will be the first point of call for your clients, coordinating any requests, visits, requirements or upcoming events focusing on proactively addressing and coordinating changes internally.
- You will support the client by acting as the voice of the customer and identifying product support and development needs championing the client needs within the operation.
- Developing an intrinsic understanding of the client business you’ll lead and ensure retention and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients based on strategic direction of client's business.
- You’ll provide oversight ensuring that contractual obligations are met for both parties including assurance, exception reporting and audit functions providing a market leading service that helps cement the business partnership.
You’ll conduct business reviews to ensure the client is satisfied with the provision of service and to constantly review KPI achievement and SLA’s on the contact.
