Customer Experience Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting for someone who has a great understanding of the customer journey and has an ambitious attitude to always want to enhance the digital experience for the customer.  This role would suit someone who has strong analytical skills and can work to the Lean / Agile methodology when enhancing the customer process. 

About the Role:

  • Operationally planning to prioritise the improvements to transform the customer experience
  • Working in a fast pace customer contact environment, looking to enhance the operation whilst focusing on getting it right first time
  • Monitor competitor activity across the digital channels and alter the business model to change the market
  • Design research to obtain customer feedback
  • Deliver digital experiences which can enhance the customer experience
  • Drive a culture of positivity through the team highlighting the impact on the customer of enhance the journey
  • Always maintain compliance

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, analytics and the customer journey
  • Excellent understanding of the Lean / Agile processes
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good critical thicker
  • Good Operational experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • A desire to enhance the customer experience through the digital channels
