Accounts Administrator - Immediate Start

About the Role

A great opportunity for someone who has proven experience of working in an administration position which involves high levels of accuracy and an ability to prioritise workloads.  The role will be working in the finance team, processing new agreements and direct debits alongside credit control activities.

About the Role:

  • Processing cancellations and reinstatements for insurance policies
  • Maintain company credit control procedures ensuring the collection of outstanding premiums and cancellation fees
  • The creation of new credit agreements and direct debits
  • Ensure all records are up to date with clear notes
  • Support the contact centre with both inbound and outbound queries and resolution
  • All other ad hoc administration tasks

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administration experience
  • It would be advantageous to have experience of direct debit collection
  • Credit control experience
  • Competent in use of Microsoft packages
  • High standard of numeracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and always willing to learn new skills
  • Able to build relationships and work as a team
