Bid Director

About the Role

A fantastic role for someone who has proven experience of owning the entire business development process through from pre sales to contract negotiation and completion within the customer service, contact centre environment.  The role requires an excellent communicator who can confidently secure business and manage the process maintaining exceptionally high service levels

About the Role:

  • Proactively developing opportunity for business development across the public sector
  • Own the entire process from pre sales to client meeting to contract negotiation, and finally managing the implementation
  • Working with teams across the business to include, sales, commercial and legal to close the transition of business efficiently
  • Working on both new and existing business
  • Working towards both quarterly and annual financial targets
  • Building relationships across the business to ensure consistently high service to both current and new business

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of managing bids in the value from £5- £50 million
  • Experience of working with public sector clients
  • Extensive experience of leading a bidding sales team
  • Knowledge and experience of working in contact centres is essential
  • Proven experience of owning the entire process from pre sales to contract negotiation
  • Proven business development achievements
  • Excellent relationship building skills
