Customer Service Team Leader
Aylesbury

About the Role

Fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptionally high customer service through supporting and driving a team of advisors to succeed. 

The hours for this role are on a shift rota between the ours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and will require working 1 in 4 Saturdays

About the Role:

  • Coach, develop and motivate a team of customer service advisors
  • Manage and monitor the call volumes and service levels on a day to day basis
  • Manage a team on both inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Act as the first line of contact for all the team and assist in any customer queries
  • Provide training to the new starters and monitor all existing team members in their development and provide on the job training where required
  • Handle any complaints
  • Build effective working relationships with the other managers in in the business

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of managing a team in a customer service contact centre environment
  • Proven experience and ability to coach and motivate a team of advisors
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels in business
  • Ability to work towards targets and adhere to business processes
  • Experience of handling complaints
  • Good organisational skills
  • Computer literate
