Bid & Marketing Support Manager
About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience of managing and developing bids within the BPO / Outsourced contact centre space, and have a background in digital marketing or social media led market awareness activities. Supporting the UK Commercial team with ongoing market awareness and new bids / RFI / RFP responses, you will be a team player whilst being able to work autonomously to deadlines. Ideally based near London or South Coast, but with the option of home based for the right candidate. £40k- 50k DOE
The successful candidate will manage complex customer contact proposals including developing a timeline, scheduling and liaising with internal resources, and coordinating client interactions through the bid process.
The successful candidate will also be able to deliver marketing activities across digital and traditional channels and be able to support content creation.
Experience / Skills required
BPO / Outsourcing bid management experience would be advantageous, although bid management in a private sector industry will also be considered.
Project management experience and practice.
Digital and traditional marketing support experience including social media management.
Demonstrates a high level of personal responsibility and autonomy in planning own work.
Assess and collects all relevant information to create bids and proposals and able to interpret customer needs into business applications.
Agrees deadlines for delivery, keeping clients informed of progress and managing their expectations on functionality
Considers issues from many perspectives especially the implications in the long term with business and technical reality/practicality
