Forecasting and Planning Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for someone who has proven experience of working in a forecasting and planning position in a high volume contact centre environment.  This role would suit someone who has the proven forecasting and planning experience, along with a passion for always ensuring the business is operating as efficiently as possible, using initiative to make changes and find solutions to any problems.

About the Role:

  • Help to deliver high level customer service through providing effective forecasting and planning
  • Create and deliver effective forecasting models
  • Ensuring the external factors are taken into consideration when creating the forecasts for the business
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure the forecasting and planning is accurate to maximise business productivity
  • Working across the business areas to ensure effective planning and forecasting across the departments
  • Provide insights into the date through effective analysis of the current and historical data
  • Identify any skill and knowledge gaps in the business and provide solutions
  • Support technical learning and implement training where required
  • Using excellent communication skills to build relationships across the business

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of forecasting in contact centre environment
  • Proven experience of planning in a contact centre
  • Excellent communication skills with the proven experience of working with the leadership team
  • Experience of using Aspect WFM tool
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of working in Financial services would be advantageous
  •  Ability to work using initiative and confidence in problem solving
