About the Role
We are seeking a highly influential, credible and experienced Business to Business individual to join our growing Telecommunications client whose responsibility it will be to lead the teams responsible for full lifecycle of customer support.
Your role will be responsible for all customer support post sales, specifically: provisioning, installation, tech support and customer service – because of the departments this role will lead you will have to have a background in Telecommunications or IT service delivery.
Coming from a Telco background you will be an inspirational leader with a passion for motivating and growing high performance teams. You will be well versed in B2B service delivery and will be used to working within a Senior Leadership team in rapidly growing, fast paced organisations.
