ACE Insurance Group sought to relocate a diverse team, delivering one of their key product areas, from Kingston-Upon-Thames to Glasgow. Cactus was engaged by ACE to ensure the timely and successful recruitment of a new team of 53, covering 14 different roles, including: Customer Relations, Customer Services, Retentions, Quality Monitoring, FOS Liaison, Claims & Administration.

The campaign was successfully completed in only 5 weeks. Now considered as a valued recruitment partner, Cactus Frontline have engaged with ACE (now Chubb Ltd) in a variety of projects and in March 2016 Chubb approached Frontline to assist with another large campaign (circa 46 hires) to resource multi-lingual skills within their customer service & credit control teams.
